The Horizon Services Business Ethics Code of Conduct is provided to assist team members in understanding what is expected of them as they carry out their day to day responsibilities. The program is designed to promote team member awareness of our commitment to conduct business in compliance with the highest ethical standards and adhering to our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Our Code of Conduct is designed to assist team members in always making the ethical and honest decision.
All Horizon Services team members are required to participate in the quarterly ethics awareness program so that they understand the importance Horizon Services places on doing business ethically. Our ethics program includes written procedures, training, support of leadership, consistent enforcement, response, and discipline. Horizon Services investigates all instances of questionable or unethical behavior. Our Ethics Committee is comprised of members of senior management.
