Yes. Horizon's HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians are licensed and insured to work in Pennsylvania, and every team member is background checked and drug tested before entering your home. When a Darby project requires a permit from Delaware County or your local municipality, such as a panel upgrade or water heater replacement, we handle the paperwork and inspection.
The area's mix of older homes and newer developments keeps every trade busy: many longstanding houses still run on boilers, radiators, and earlier-generation wiring that reward experienced hands, while later-built homes are reaching their first big system replacements. Humid summers strain aging air conditioners, cold snaps expose weak furnaces, and basements keep sump pumps working.
