1987Dave Geiger founded Geiger Services, Inc. and performed the company’s
first plumbing job.
1992Opened the office on 718 Philadelphia Pike in Wilmington, DE
1998Installed our first heating and air conditioning system and opened the
office on 99 Christina Road in New Castle, DE
1999Celebrated our 10th anniversary
2000Launched the maintenance plan program, originally called Extended Service
Agreements (ESAs) which was later changed to Service Partner Plan (SPP) in 2008
2001Officially changed name to Horizon Services, Inc. and completed our 1,000th
2004Launched the Official Technician Training Program and were awarded the
Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics by the Better Business Bureau
2005Founded Warm The Heart and were awarded Best Plumbing Company by Delaware
2006Were awarded Best Plumbing Company by Delaware Today magazine for the second
year in a row and opened two new offices: one at 320 Century Blvd. in
Wilmington, DE and one at 120 S. Ship Road in Exton, PA

2009Expanded service in Pennsylvania to Montgomery County, received the Readers’

News Journal for the third year in a row, and launched the Horizon sign
at Citizens Bank Park; Horizon Services also celebrated its 20th anniversary.

2012Expanded service in Pennsylvania to include Montgomery County and Bucks

FM, 98.1 WOGL, KYW 1060, 99.5 WJBR, and 1450 WILM

Magazine, awarded Suburban Life Top Contractors 2013: Plumbing, Heating

Network for Horizon How-To Email Campaign – August 2013, and named an
